Food Pairing: Crisp and aromatic, with lots of citrus, our Sauvignon Blanc is exceptionally food friendly. Drink chilled with creamy cheeses and fruits or with seafood, chicken, grilled vegetables, or moderately spicy dishes. Its bright acidity and herbal aromas make it a great choice to pair with green salads (try a little goat cheese on there) and vegetarian dishes. Also, our Sauvignon Blanc is one of the few wines that can endure asparagus and raw tomatoes and it likes dishes that are prepared with herbs, particularly cilantro and parsley.
